Sakuma Y. 2019a, 321 suggested this form might be (-)ša-mi-en-t]a-an-zi, also attested in KUB 52.69 rev. 13´, and in consideration of the fact that this tablet is likely an indirect join.

The sign might be ŠU!, but poorly written (cf. UM-MA ŠU-NU-MA, KUB 52.69 obv. 3´, rev. 10´); Sakuma Y. 2019a, 322.
